We bring you into the creative process by fostering a collaborative design phase. Work closely to translate your vision into a collection or concept. In addition to the overall concept, no detail is left untouched. This includes aspects such as branding (logo, labeling, hangtags), materials, and colors.

We kick off our collaboration with a brainstorm session to fully comprehend the brand identity, target audience, objectives, overarching vision and to share our first thoughts. This meeting sets the foundation for a strong partnership and tailored approach.

prototyping & feedback
Once designs are finalized, move to the prototyping phase. Create initial samples for your review and gather feedback. This iterative process allows for refinements, ensuring the collection meets your desired expectation.

production & quality assurance
With the approved prototypes, we proceed to full-scale production (Pre-Production Samples and/or large-scale production). We implement strict quality assurance measures at every stage of production. Naturally, we keep you informed and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and build trust in the development process.

seamless logistics & distribution
We Ensure a smooth transition from production to
shop by handling logistics and transport. We coordinate efficient shipping, delivery and inventory management, guaranteeing the collection reaches its destination reliably and on time.
